The Masterclass includes:

• Introduction and history of Japanese whisky
• Distillation process
• Whisky tasting techniques
• Tasting flight of 4 Japanese whiskies
• Signature Japanese small plates
   

Masterclasses take place every other Saturday, 2pm-4pm.
