This award-winning Manchester restaurant captures an atmosphere that breathes modernity and naturalism through its high ceilings with pendant lighting, wooden features, marble tables and stacked sake barrels in the bar. Before your dining experience, we invite you to enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the Rikyū Bar or in The Library Champagne Bar for the perfect start to the evening.
Experience a curated Omakase, where the essence of Peter Street Kitchen’s cuisine is presented in a six-course tasting menu created on the day by our talented chefs. For an intimate dinner, you can also book a Hibachi Experience, where a table for 12 guests and a fire pit provide memorable ambience for a semi-private event.

With freshness and vibrancy being the cornerstone of our dishes, Peter Street Kitchen is proud to offer a special vegan menu. Experience plant-based signature favourites such as lemon and chilli sea salt edamame, courgette tataki with truffle ponzu, Japanese mushroom toban yaki and more.
Japanese Whisky Masterclass
Journey back through 100 years of Suntory whisky at The Rikyū Bar and experience the finest of Japanese craftmanship with four premium Japanese whiskies.
Every other Saturday, 2pm-4pm.

Under the arches in the Rikyū Lounge or around the Hibachi table, enjoy a semi-private dining experience with the best of Peter Street Kitchen’s cuisine. The entire restaurant is also available for private hire, creating a stunning setting for parties, launch events and more.
