Manchester Cocktail Week

Manchester Cocktail Week is the city's annual celebration of exceptional drinks, running across some of Manchester's best bars and restaurants each July. This year, Peter Street Kitchen — our Japanese and Mexican restaurant in the heart of Manchester is taking part with two exclusive serves available
throughout the festival. 

From 3rd – 12th July 2025, visit Peter Street Kitchen for two exclusive cocktail week specials: the Natsu Highball (£7)
and an alcohol-free alternative, the Natsu Marine (£5).  


Natsu Highball

A vibrant, fruit-forward cocktail blending Haku vodka infused with mango and strawberry tea, layered with wild strawberry liqueur, passion fruit and green strawberry bitters, then lifted with crisp grapefruit sofa for a bright, refreshing finish.


Natsu Marine

A bright and refreshing alcohol-free serve with Everleaf Marine infused with strawberry and mango, balanced by homemade strawberry oleo saccharum and zesty yuzu juice, then topped with grapefruit sofa for a crisp citrus finish.
