In honour of our partnership with La Maison Moët & Chandon, our chefs present a five-course degustation menu celebrating the finest expressions of our new French-Mediterranean cuisine. Each course is precisely paired with a Champagne from the maison to elevate and reveal layered flavour. The experience concludes with an extraordinary dessert inspired by the bespoke Moët & Chandon preview table — a fitting way to mark a milestone or simply to celebrate life.
