The Kitchens invite you to experience our new additions for the summer, from limited-edition cocktails to summer terrace pop ups.
Introducing ‘The Mist’
Inspired by Banksy’s street murals ‘Bubble Slide Girl’ and ‘Girl with Flare’, Monmouth Kitchen has created a limited-edition cocktail for the new exhibition, The Art of Banksy, just two minutes from the restaurant. Perfect for sipping both before and after your exhibition visit, ‘The Mist’ includes a pomelo and grapefruit gin and an edible rosemary smoke bubble.
The ideal complement to London’s warm summer nights, Leicester Square Kitchen’s new Ají Margarita is a refreshing yet spicy twist on the classic, including Verde Momento mezcal, triple sec, pineapple, ají amarillo agave syrup, yuzu, and lime.

Its fresh flavours complement Peter Street Kitchen’s fine contemporary Japanese cuisine for our guests to enjoy after a day of culture in the city. Featuring Roku gin, Cocchi Rosa, homemade strawberry cordial and sparkling sake, this striking drink is not one to miss.
at Bloomsbury Street Kitchen
A Mediterranean twist on the classic spritz style cocktail, Bloomsbury Street Kitchen’s iteration blends Star of Bombay gin and Acqua di Cedro for a touch of citrus, with homemade Mediterranean syrup and a refreshing prosecco finish. The perfect companion on hot summer days.
